 Jack Dabaghian 

Jack has been pasionate about photography since an early age. He became a professional photojournalist  in 1983 and spent 23 years covering News, Fashion and Sports for International news agencies around the world.

 

Jack’s work has fronted thousands of newspapers and magazines around the world including Newsweek, Time Magazine, Paris Match, The Economist, the International Herald Tribune, The New York Times, to name only a few.

Picture of the Year (POY) from the Missouri school of Journalism in 1994 and nominated to the World Press Photo for his work in Rwanda, Africa. 

 

In 2005 Jack launched Reuters’ Middle East picture desk in Dubai, supervising 11 countries and more than 30 photographers in the Arab world. 

 

In 2007 Jack was hired by Arab Media Group as DOP in Dubai to streamline news coverage within the group, create the picture desk and the archiving system in use today. 

 

In 2009 Jack shifted his focus to Commercial photography serving clients in Advertising, Public Relations and private and public sectors. He started his own photographic agency MilagroPictures focusing on Documentary, Automotive, Lifestyle, Sports and Corporate photography.

 

His client portfolio includes WPPA, General Motors, Automobile Club de France, Emaar, Sorouh Properties, Professional Sports Group, M:Communications, Freud Communication, Atlantis Hotel, Meydan, Prisme International, Bitexco (Vietnam), Getty Images (UK), Falcon and Associates, The Kuwait Ministry of Information.

 

Jack’s commercial work has been used in books, billboards, Dubai International Airport, brochures etc..
